History of the club

The UCD Trampoline Club was set up by Andrew Cahill in the 1980's; the era of the A-Team, Gummi Bears, Air Wolf, Jem, Teddy Ruxpin, Brave Star and the Samurai Pizza Cats. The club is equally as cool as any of these things.

Conditioning

Anyone thats up for doing conditioning over the next couple of weeks
I'll be doing it on Mondays and Wednesdays at 6.30pm (not am).
Give me a text on the day or the day before to let me know if your coming (and to make sure I'm still doing it). Don't be late!!
Also if anyone wants to do conditioning at times other then these let me know and I'll post it up here.

Out of term trainen

We are now officially out of term so trainen has to be booked on a week to week basis now until september! Keep a close eye here for updated postings. We have some kids groups doing sessions in Astra Hall over the next few weeks so it is possible we may have trainen in there after them if no one else is in so watch the forum for random anouncements re those! Study Happy!
