hey, im going to do a running session down at the track this evening if anyone wants to join me. at 7pm, i'm doing sets of 200m (half the track), striding (not flat out sprinting). it builds stamina, speed and strength. just let me know! 0851033892

you do need to be in UCD to join the trampooline club. You should check out www.supersonictc.com if you want to join a club in Dublin. Depending on your age they do both childrens and adults classes. Hope you find something its a great sport

The date for Cavan isnt normally decided until the first few weeks of term so we Glasgow's safe for now. It's usually in the second half of October if you want a rough guide.

And yeah the forum is archived and wiped every 6 months coz otherwise things slow down as the forum database fills up.

Think Cavans the first trip the weekend before Halloween, if its not on the calendar then a certain webmaster has dropped the ball...

Also this gets wiped every once in a while but its all archived so you can still read all the old posts

Next week we have Orientation Week for incoming first years. The trampolines are going to be set up all day in the Sports Hall for first years to come in and try out trampolining. We're gona be there to talk them through what its all about.

If you're free at all pop down to us to lend a hand! (Anytime there arent any groups there we can get in a bit of training too.)
